Ordering

1. Is it safe to place an order with you?

2. How do international duties and taxes work?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its
destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the
parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot
tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties
vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact
your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you
are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

3. How will my order be delivered to me?

We have tied up with some of the best known logistics companies
in the world like FedEx, DHL to ensure quickest delivery anywhere in
the world.

4. How will I know if order is placed successfully?

When your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that you have successfully placed your order.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

You simply need to login into your account and check the status of your order.

6. Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)

Yes that is possible. We have a link on the footer named ‘Bulk Orders’. Please fill that form and help us with your contact information. Our customer service representative will get in touch with you.


 

Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

You can make the payment via your credit/debit cards. We accept
payment through all major cards like VISA, American Express, Maestro,
Discover, JCB etc.

2. Is Cash-on-delivery a payment option?

Currently Cash-on-delivery is only available on shipments in India. We do not support cash on delivery as a payment option for the rest of the world.

1. Can Billing Address and Shipping Address be different?

Yes, you can give different addresses according to your convenience. Billing address would be where you receive your card statement details and shipping address is where your order is delivered. You can also saves these and more address (like your office, friends address) so that you don’t need to fill details again. .

2. I forgot my password. Can you help?

Sure, Just click on ‘Forgot Your Password’ and fill in your email ID. You shall receive a link to change your password.
